By booking or using any service offered by Smart Drive Rentals (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
• Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase coverage through us.

2. Reservations & Payment

• All bookings require a refundable security deposit.
• Full payment or deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings are honored at the booked rate.

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used in a lawful manner and only by the authorized renter.
• Smoking, pets, and off-road use are strictly prohibited.
• Mileage overage charges apply beyond the included daily allowance.
• Renter is responsible for all tolls, fines, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

4. Damage & Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Damage must be reported immediately. Failure to report may result in additional charges.
• Smart Drive Rentals is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.

5. Trailer & Equipment Rentals

• Renters are responsible for proper loading and securing of all items.
• Prohibited items include hazardous materials, chemicals, and flammable substances.
• Overloading the trailer beyond its rated capacity is strictly prohibited.

6. Chauffeur Services

• Chauffeur services are subject to driver availability and must be booked in advance.
• Additional hours beyond the booked package are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
