Refund eligibility depends on the service booked, the cancellation timing, the deposit paid, and whether service or dispatch has already begun.

Reservation & Scheduling Fee

The $50 Reservation & Scheduling Fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation refunds are handled according to the Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy. That policy contains the applicable timing rules for vehicle rentals, trailer and equipment rentals, chauffeur services, no-shows, and emergency dispatches.

Emergency Services

Emergency EV charging and roadside service fees become non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

Other Charges

Disposal charges, damage charges, additional rental days, mileage or overage charges, labor, or other service-specific charges are handled according to the applicable booking terms and actual services provided.
