We strive to provide an exceptional experience with every booking. If something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how we handle refunds.

Security Deposits

Refundable security deposits are returned within 5–7 business days after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle or equipment is returned in the same condition as received with no damage, excess mileage, or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Refunds

Refunds for cancellations are processed according to our Cancellation Policy. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Service Issues

If a service was not delivered as described due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before service
  • No-shows
  • Emergency dispatch calls once a technician has been dispatched
  • Damage charges assessed after vehicle/equipment inspection

Contact us via our contact page with your booking reference number and a brief description of your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
