Is a deposit required to rent?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by vehicle or trailer type and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Deposits are released within 3–5 business days after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
What payment methods are accepted for deposits?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards are not accepted for deposit holds.
EV Charging Coverage
What happens if my rented EV runs out of charge?
All rentals include 24/7 roadside assistance. If you run out of charge during your rental period, our mobile charging response teams will dispatch to your location at no additional cost.
Is emergency EV charging available to non-rental customers?
Yes! Our Emergency EV Charging service is available on-demand to any EV driver in our service area. Request assistance through our website or by calling our 24/7 hotline.
What EV makes and models does your charging service support?
Our mobile charging units are compatible with all major EV manufacturers, including Tesla, Rivian, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, and more.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, bookings can be modified up to 24 hours before the rental start time, subject to availability. Contact our support team to make changes.
Chauffeur Reservations
How far in advance should I book a chauffeur?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard reservations. For special events, corporate accounts, or multi-day bookings, we recommend 72+ hours notice to guarantee availability.
Are chauffeur services available for airport transfers?
Absolutely. We offer scheduled airport pickups and drop-offs with flight tracking included, so your driver adjusts for delays automatically.
What vehicles are used for chauffeur services?
Our chauffeur fleet consists exclusively of luxury electric vehicles — zero emissions, premium interiors, and a first-class experience every time.
